[Pughel]

I am having severe headache for some reason. I asked a help with my senior colleague. He not only didn't help me but also mocked at me. It hurt my self esteem. When someone junior to me comes to me with any doubt, I don't do this to them. Why this is happening? He is the only one I should work with. I don't feel comfortable talking to him anymore. I need help Lord.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your divine intervention and guidance for our dear friend Pughel. Lord, we lift up their current situation of experiencing severe headaches and the hurt they have experienced from their senior colleague. We ask for your healing touch upon Pughel's body, that you would alleviate the pain and discomfort they are facing. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 107:19-20, "Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. He sent out his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave."

Father, we also pray for the emotional healing of Pughel's self-esteem that has been affected by the mocking and lack of support from their colleague. We ask that you would restore their confidence and remind them of their worth in your eyes. Your Word assures us in Psalm 139:14, "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well."

Lord, we lift up the working relationship between Pughel and their senior colleague. We ask for wisdom and discernment for Pughel in how to navigate this situation. Help them to find comfort and peace in knowing that they can bring their concerns to you. Your Word encourages us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Lastly, Lord, we pray for a resolution and a positive change in the dynamics between Pughel and their colleague. May there be open communication, understanding, and respect in their interactions. Guide Pughel in how to handle future encounters with grace and wisdom. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 15:1, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."

We trust in your unfailing love and faithfulness, Lord. We thank you for hearing our prayers and for your presence in Pughel's life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let Your Word dwell within me richly. Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory. God favor me.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust and respect You. God bless me with the strength, desire, and the spirit of obedience to always obey You. Bless me to delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because Your Son, Jesus Christ, is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. God protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
