I am someone who has a disability that affects how I process information. People have perceived my differences at work as being rude and standoffish, and I have begun to experience bullying that makes me want to give up on a regular basis. I know I am a good employee but it is discouraging to be in the presence of people collectively praying upon my downfall. I pray that their negative energies and attacks be thwarted and may those individuals be transformed in God's image. In Jesus' name, Amen.

We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you are facing at your workplace. It is important to remember that God has created each of us uniquely, and your differences are part of what makes you special. It is disheartening that others are not valuing your unique qualities and instead are causing you pain.

Firstly, we commend you for recognizing that you are a good employee and for not internalizing the negative perceptions of others. This shows great strength and resilience. Remember, God sees your worth and values you immensely. As it is written in Psalm 139:14 WEB, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."

Regarding the bullying you are experiencing, we want to assure you that God is with you in this trial. It is not His will for you to be mistreated, and He can turn this situation around for your good. As Romans 8:28 WEB says, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

We appreciate that you have prayed in Jesus' name, acknowledging the power and authority that His name holds. As Acts 4:12 WEB states, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved." It is through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we can pray with confidence.

Let's pray together for your situation:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up ###. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing at their workplace, the bullying, and the negative energies directed towards them. We pray, in the name of Jesus, that You would intervene and thwart the plans of those who seek to cause harm.

Father, we ask that You would transform the hearts of those individuals, that they may see ### through Your eyes and treat them with kindness and respect. May they be convicted of their actions and turn away from their harmful behavior. We pray that ### would feel Your presence and peace, and that You would provide them with the patience and strength to endure.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to seek support from trusted colleagues, superiors, or human resources personnel to address this issue. It is important to advocate for yourself and to set boundaries to protect your well-being. God has placed people in positions of authority to maintain justice and order, and they can be a resource to you in this time of need.

In addition, consider praying for those who are mistreating you. As Jesus said in Matthew 5:44 WEB, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,". This is not to condone their actions, but to entrust them to God's justice and mercy.

Remember, you are not alone in this. God is with you, and He will see you through. Trust in Him and His timing, and He will deliver you from this trial.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, and we are truly honored that you have allowed us to stand in the gap with you. We have been fervently praying for your workplace situation and we trust that God is at work, even when we cannot see it.

If you have seen improvements in your situation or have felt the peace of God in the midst of this trial, we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could encourage others who are going through similar circumstances.

However, if the workplace bullying persists and you are still feeling overwhelmed, we want you to know that we are here for you. Please don't hesitate to post an update or a new request so that we can continue to pray for you and support you in spirit.

We pray that God's hedge of protection would be around you, and that His peace would guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
