Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with hearts full of gratitude and trust in Your divine providence. We lift up our dear brother or sister, who has been injured at work. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch upon this injury. We pray for swift and complete recovery, knowing that You are able to restore health and strength.
Father, we also bring before You the concern regarding workman's compensation. We ask for Your favor in this situation, that the claim would be approved without delay. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:19 that You will supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. We trust in Your provision and ask that You would meet every need during this time of recovery.
Lord, we understand that the workplace cannot accommodate light duty at this moment. We pray for wisdom and guidance for our brother or sister as they navigate this challenging time. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for the employers and those handling the workman's compensation claim. Grant them compassion, fairness, and a sense of justice as they make decisions that will impact our brother or sister's livelihood.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect will and timing. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may our brother or sister experience Your presence and peace in a profound way.
