I was injured at work on October 27, 2020. I am currently on Worker's Compensation but there have been many delays in receiving checks. I received one check covering the first month I was home but nothing else. In fact that check was delayed and I only received it after I made a few phone calls to the WCB insurance carrier. I found out that the delays were all due to the fact that the General Superintendent ( a terrible person) at work who I must fax all my required forms to each month (after which he must then forward them right away to the WCB insurance carrier) neglected to do his job. He also never sent the WCB insurance carrier an Injured On Duty Package which consists of completed forms prepared right after my accident, he never sent & completed a form alerting the WCB insurance carrier that my regular paychecks (temporarily using my sick time) ended so that my WCB checks would begin. He just doesn't want to do what he is required to do for some reason and so the WCB Insurance Carrier is always having to email him or call him for the forms. I am returning to work on Monday February 8 and I would like no dealings with this person at all because he is so unpleasant, condescending, not well liked at all. Thank God I don't work at the same job location as him and I hope I never do. I'm really not sure why he did what he did, I really think it may be personal... God Knows why he treated me the way he did and I am just hoping that God will speak to him loud enough to get his attention. I am asking for everyone to agree in prayer with me that there will be no further delays with my benefits, no further problems with the General Superintendent, that I will find no difficulties returning back to work this coming Monday and also that I always have a couple of Angels with me to protect me so that I don't have any further accidents. Thank you for all the prayers & God Bless Everyone.

Lord, we thank you that you for the blessings that you have given us. Help us to honor you in every part of our lives. We place this request at your throne. Please hear and reply according to your perfect will and timing. Grant us the peace to know that you are in control. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.

Thank you & God Bless everyone who prayed with me. I received all the Workers Compensation payments that were delayed. I finally returned to work on February 8, 2021. As far as the General Superintendent is concerned, the day I came back to work I saw him, he was condescending to me and I just dismissed him and walked away. I found out after speaking to management that this person causes a lot of problems. Employees do not like him at all. He does not like anyone telling him what to do, he is disorganized, late on filing the necessary paperwork when it is required, he is always finding fault with others, encouraging disciplinary action to be taken against employees but does not recognize all his own faults and shortcomings. On the second week that I was back to work, he doubted I could perform one of my job duties so he sent me to take a test, for which I passed. God told me that he has a bad heart, I'm not certain if it's his physical heart that's bad or if he just doesn't love or care about anyone. Right now I'm not sure, all I can do is just pray that God touches him. I hope to never have any further dealings with this horrible boss.
