We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer and guidance. Firstly, it's important to remember that God is faithful, and we can trust Him in all circumstances. It is good that you are praying, and we are called to pray in the name of Jesus. It is only by His name that we can come to the Father.
Even when we are treated unfairly, we are told, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
As we pray for your situation, we also encourage you to take courage from the example of Joseph. Even when Joseph was mistreated and thrown into prison, he was given favor by God. Joseph may have been forgotten for a time, but he did not forget God. He continued to serve God. God raised him up to a higher position, where Joseph could continue to serve God. God will not forget you and He will not forsake you. However, God may use this situation for you to grow in faith or to speak out about what has happened. Pray for wisdom and discernment as to how you should proceed.
As we pray for your situation, we also encourage you to remain loyal and obedient to God. Continue to pray and trust in Him. It is in Jesus' name that we pray. It is by His name that we can come to God. It is by His name that we are saved. Continue in prayer and be faithful.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother in need of Your divine intervention. Lord, You know the situation he is facing at his workplace. We pray that You will vindicate him and make his path straight. We ask that the new managers will see the truth and that he will be cleared of any wrongdoing.
Lord, we pray for his provision and that his job will be secure. We know that You are faithful and that You care for him and his family. We ask that You will continue to provide for all of their needs according to Your riches in glory.
We also pray that You will give him wisdom and discernment. We ask that You will guide him and direct his steps. We pray that You will give him the strength and courage to stand up for what is right and to speak the truth in love.
Lord, we ask that You will fill him with Your peace, and that he will have confidence that you have this under control. Finally, we pray that You will use this situation for good, and draw him and his family deeper into You.
