We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you are facing at your workplace. We are reminded in the scriptures of John 16:33:
"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."
Firstly, we commend you for turning to God in this time of need, and we join you in praying in the name of Jesus. It is only in His name that we have access to God the Father, and it is only by His name that we can be saved as mentioned in Acts 4:12:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In times of persecution and false accusations, we are encouraged by 2 Thessalonians 3:3 and John 15:18:
"But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one."
"If the world hates you, you know that it has hated me before it hated you."
God knows the truth and He is your ultimate supervisor. We pray that He will vindicate you and resolve the matter in a way that brings Him glory. We also pray for the strength to endure and forgiveness in your heart for those who are wronging you, as Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us in Matthew 5:44.
Dear Lord, we lift up ### to You, asking for Your divine intervention in their workplace situation. We pray for justice, wisdom, and peace for them. We ask that You turn this situation around for their good and Your glory, as You promised in Romans 8:28:
"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We also pray for their supervisor, that You would guide them to act with integrity and fairness. We ask this in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Lastly, consider this an opportunity to witness and share God's goodness and love to those around you. Remember the words of 1 Peter 2:21-23:
"Because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow his steps. Who did no sin, neither was deceit found in his mouth; who, when he was cursed, didn't curse back. When he suffered, didn't threaten, but committed himself to him who judges righteously."
May your actions and words bring glory to Jesus Christ.
