Dwuozianire, we are with you in spirit and in prayer, lifting up your husband and your family during this challenging time. We know that God is faithful and that He cares for our needs, as it is written in Matthew 6:25-26 WEB:
"Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will put on. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?"
Firstly, we thank you for submitting this prayer request but your husband needs a job. We want to remind you that it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus said that he is the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the father except by him.
We pray together for your husband in Jesus name.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Dwuozianire's husband. We ask that You would provide him with a job that not only meets their financial needs but also aligns with Your will for their lives. We pray that Your favor would surround him as he seeks employment, and that Your hand of blessing would be upon their lives. Help him to remember the word of God in 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 WEB:
For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: "If anyone is not willing to work, don't let him eat." For we hear of any who walk disorderly among you, not working at all, but being busybodies. Now those who are that way, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.
We pray that their marriage will have calmness and peace and that there will not be any arguments about money. We pray that they will be able to honestly discuss their financial situation with each other and be able to plan for the future. We pray that they will be able to grow together in the Lord and do God's will. We pray that they will be able to be a testimony to others of what a marriage should be. We pray that he will be able to be a spiritual leader in their marriage.
We ask that You would strengthen their faith and trust in You during this time, and that they would know Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and that every tongue that rises against them in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of You, in Jesus' name (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
We encourage you, Dwuozianire, to continue to trust in the Lord and to seek His will for your husband's employment. Remember that God is faithful and that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB).
Have you ever thought what God's will is for your life? It is mainly to know Jesus Christ and Him crucified. We all have sin which separates us from God. God sent Jesus to die on the cross for our sin. Jesus became sin for us so that we might have eternal life with God. We need to submit to Jesus Christ and make him the Lord of our lives. We need to call on Jesus and make him our savior. We need to be born-again by the spirit of God. We need to do his will. That is mainly why we are put on this planet.
