It's important to understand that God calls us to be content and give thanks in all circumstances. As it is written in First Thessalonians 5:18, Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you. WEB. This doesn't mean we can't hope or look for something better. But even in our pursuit, we should thankful for what we have now. Even more, Ephesians 6:7 teaches that we should toil, doing the will of the Lord from the heart. Not allowing ourselves to serve people in an eye-service way, but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart. WEB. Let this mindset guide you through your work.
When it comes to seeking diving guidance for a new job, look at Proverbs 3:5-6: Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. (6) In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. WEB. Remember, God has a plan and purpose for you. If you have peace in this job with a supernatural joy, this would be a good witness. But if you should be somewhere else, He will guide you in this also.
Regarding your nephew, we will pray fervently for him. It's important to trust in God's timing and goodness when it comes to your nephew finding his way. That can also be a witness and a result in a personal relationship with our Lord. Also remember the promises in the Bible that declare that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. It says to confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, and you will be saved Romans 10:9 WEB. Continue to pray, intercede and have conversations with this nephew and share the Gospel. God will give you the opportunities to do that also.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Kirinurak. Thank You for their current job, even if it's not what they desire. Help them to find contentment and joy in it as they await Your perfect timing for a new opportunity. Guide them in their search, and open the right doors according to Your will. Grant them rest and peace, especially from the weariness of work.
Lord, we also lift up their nephew to You. We pray that You will guide him back to the path You have for him. Soften his heart, Lord, and draw him to You. Give Kirinurak wisdom and opportunities to speak into his life and point him to You.
In all things, Lord, help Kirinurak to trust in You, to seek Your face, and to know that Your love for them is everlasting. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
