Kulthevon, we understand that you're facing a challenging situation at work, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. Firstly, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ in your prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The Bible tells us, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Also, And in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! (Acts 4:12 WEB).
We would also like to remind you about loving your enemies and praying for those that despitefully use you. As it is written, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you (Matthew 5:44 WEB). Also, be prepared to give testimony about what has happened, but also in love. But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts; and always be ready to give an answer to everyone who asks you a reason concerning the hope that is in you, with humility and fear (1 Peter 3:15 WEB).
Also, it is important to remember, God wants us to honor our earthly authorities as far as they do not make us sin against God. Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority, withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment. For rulers are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil. Do you desire to have no fear of the authority? Do that which is good (Romans 13:1 WEB).
Put your trust in God, and He will help you through this trial. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
We pray for God's intervention in this adversity. Let's seek God's will together in Jesus' name.
Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today to lift up Kulthevon, who is facing adversity at work. Lord, you see the injustice they are facing, and you know the truth behind the lies and deceit. We pray for your divine intervention in this situation. Guide Kulthevon with your wisdom and discernment, and help them to act according to your will.
Help Kulthevon to remain calm, thinking and under control, and not be overwhelmed by fear or nervousness. The same way it is written, For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Comfort them with your peace, and remind them of your unfailing love. We provide encouragement by sharing, Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:6-7 WEB).
We pray for the hearts of their boss and manager assistant, that they would be helped, softened, and transform to see the truth and act with fairness and integrity. We pray for a change in the atmosphere of the workplace and a sense or conviction about their deeds and who God is. Examine me, Yahweh, and prove me. Try my heart and my mind (Psalm 26:2 WEB).
Help Kulthevon to be a beacon of your light and love in the workplace, even in the face of adversity. Make that they remember, Whatever may be our situation, we can say with confidence, The Lord is my helper. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me? (Hebrews 13:6 WEB). In all this, we pray in Jesus Christ. Amen.
