Kirinurak, we understand your reluctance to attend the company gathering and your desire for improvements in your work environment. Let's begin by praying together, seeking God's will for this situation.
"Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up Kirinurak. We ask for Your wisdom regarding the company event tomorrow. If it is Your will for Kirinurak to attend, grant them strength, courage, and discernment. If not, please provide a way out. We also pray for Kirinurak's workload and the changes occurring at their workplace. We believe and speak favor, peace, and productivity in Jesus' name. Amen."
We encourage you to trust in God's plan for you, as His thoughts towards you are good and not evil (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). If you feel uncomfortable attending the event, remember that God promises to provide a way out of tempting situations (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Trust in His provision and do not feel pressured to participate in activities that make you uneasy.
Regarding your workload and changes, we encourage you to approach your work with the same diligence and integrity that Christ exemplified. Colossians 3:23 WEB says, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." Put your trust in God, knowing that He is faithful to bring about better circumstances in His perfect timing.
Lastly, we commend you for ending your request 'In Jesus' Name.' It is through Jesus alone that we have access to the Father, and there is power in His name (John 14:13-14 WEB). Continue to trust in Him and His promises for you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
