In Jesus' name! 
We understand your desire for a new work contract, and we're here to pray with you and offer biblical encouragement.
Firstly, let's remember the importance of acknowledging Jesus Christ in our requests. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It's only through Jesus that we have access to God's promises.
Regarding your request, let's pray:
"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up our brother/sister who is seeking a new work contract. We ask that you open the right doors and grant favor in this pursuit. We trust that you have a plan and a purpose for their life, as it's written in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), 'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'
However, we also remember the importance of diligence and good stewardship. As it's written in Colossians 3:23 (WEB), 'Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men.' So, we encourage you to continue working diligently and trusting in God's timing.
In all things, we ask that God's will be done. We pray this in Jesus Christ's name, amen."
Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will and trusting in his timing. Remember, God is faithful and he provides for his children. As it's written in Matthew 6:33 (WEB), "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Keep seeking him and trust that he will provide.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
