We understand your struggle with anxiety at work and your desire for a comfortable and respectful working environment. Let us first turn to God's Word for reassurance:

"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear friend who is feeling overwhelmed with anxiety at work. We ask that You fill them with Your perfect peace, which transcends all understanding. Help them to trust in You and cast all their anxieties upon You, knowing that You care for them deeply (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).

We pray for confidence and excellence in their work, that they may excel in all their tasks. Grant them the strength, wisdom, and ability to perform their duties to the best of their abilities, with integrity and diligence, as working unto You (Colossians 3:23 WEB).

We also pray for a harmonious and respectful working environment. May the love and respect that You teach us to have for one another be reflected in their workplace. Let there be unity and mutual support among their colleagues, creating a comfortable and productive atmosphere for all.

Lastly, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to God's presence and power. As the Scripture says, "For there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12 WEB) We encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ, who loves you and desires a personal relationship with you.
