Dear friend, let's bring your workplace concerns before the Lord together. We understand that anxiety can be overwhelming, but we are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Firstly, let us pray for your anxiety. Remember, God cares about every detail of your life, including your emotions. Let's ask Him to replace your anxiety with His peace.
Secondly, we pray for confidence in your abilities. Colossians 3:23 (WEB) says, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." We ask God to help you see your work as an act of worship, and to give you the confidence that comes from knowing you're working for Him.
We also lift up your work environment. We pray that it would be comfortable and filled with mutual respect, reflecting the love and kindness that Jesus modeled. Ephesians 4:32 (WEB) tells us to "be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
Lastly, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your prayer. It's important to remember that it's through Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
