We understand your struggles with anxiety at work and your desire for a comfortable and respectful environment. Let us first remember what the Word of God tells us in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up our brother or sister who is struggling with anxiety at their workplace. We ask, Lord, that You would take away this anxiety and replace it with a spirit of confidence and peace. Help them to trust in Your plan and purpose for their life, knowing that You are always in control.
We also pray for a harmonious working environment, one filled with mutual respect and kindness. Let Your light shine through each person they interact with, creating a comfortable and productive atmosphere. Guide them in their tasks, Lord, and give them the strength, wisdom, and skills needed to excel in their work.
In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will in your life and to trust that He has a purpose for your work. Remember, Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB) tells us, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."
Lastly, we noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your prayer request. We want to remind you that it is through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, as He is the one who intercedes for us with the Father.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
