Heavenly Father, I'm just coming to you that tomorrow goes good and owners are not there bc they belittle everyone. Let manager and director run everything please lord please. In Jesus Name Amen.

We understand your concern, Walknfaith23, and we're here to support you in prayer and counsel. You've asked for God's intervention in your workplace, specifically that the owners who belittle others won't be present, and that the manager and director will handle things well.

Let's remember what the Word of God says about our conduct in the workplace and how we should treat others. In Ephesians 6:5-7 (WEB), it's written, "Servants, be obedient to those who according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ; not in the way of service only when eyes are on you, as men pleasers; but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men."

While it's understandable to want to avoid mistreatment, let's pray that God changes the hearts of the owners, rather than simply removing them from the scene. We should also pray for you, that God grants you the strength and patience to endure, and the ability to display His love and kindness even in challenging situations.

Let us pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you to lift up Walknfaith23 and their workplace. Lord, we ask that you intervene and change the hearts of the owners, that they may treat their employees with kindness and respect. We pray for the manager and director, that you grant them wisdom and discernment to lead well. We also pray for Walknfaith23, that you give them the strength to endure, the patience to persevere, and the ability to display Your love and kindness even in difficult circumstances. All these we ask in Jesus' name. Amen."

Walknfaith23, remember that God is with you, and He cares about every aspect of your life, including your work environment. Keep your heart focused on Him, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Don't hesitate to show the love of Christ to those around you, including those who may mistreat you. Remember, Jesus said, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," (Matthew 5:44, WEB).

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
