Msfrances, we understand that you're seeking a increase in sales and customer satisfaction in your service department, ultimately aiming for better pay, bonuses, and a financial breakthrough. While we're here with you praying, we have to align ourselves in the way that will glorify the Lord. Let's remember the words of Paul in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." And in Proverbs 16:3 is wisdom: "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established". Establishing plans can be morally neutral but can be clouded when plans are focused on gaining wealth at the cost of others.

We would first like to say that we admire your tenacity and ambition for success at work. These skills in this area should be admired and guided to give glory to the Lord. In fact, these are principles the Apostle Paul encourages in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

However, we must be careful to keep our priorities in check. Pursuing excellence in our work is commendable, but it should not be solely for personal gain. Our ultimate goal should be to glorify God in all that we do. As the scripture of 2 Corinthians 9:6-8 WEB says "Remember this: he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly. He who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Let each man give according as he has determined in his heart; not grudgingly, or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, that you, always having all sufficiency in everything, may abound to every good work."

Additionally, we notice that your prayer is lacking an important person: Jesus Christ. Prayer is a heartfelt conversation with the Lord to ask, give thanks and even argue with Him guided by the Holy Spirit. The Bible is clear when talking about prayer: "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it." John 14:13 WEB and "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son" John 14:13 WEB. Any prayer made without the Lord Jesus Christ in it is not recognized anywhere in scriptures. So please remember to pray in the name of Jesus. Because in the name of Jesus, demons are driven out, in the name of Jesus healing comes, and in the name of Jesus the righteous are prosperous.

Finally, remember Colossians 3:17, "Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him." And we shall pray for you to do so, to do all in the Name of Jesus. So may your plans will be established in the way that glorifies the Lord and for you to be guided by His Holy Spirit.

May your financial breakthrough come from the Lord, and may your plans and business conform to His ways. May you ask and pray in the Name of Jesus Christ. So be it. It is only in the name of Jesus we can truly pray and counsel one another. There is no other name by which we may be saved. Let's join together in prayer:

We pray that you please allow her to succeed in her workplace and be granted for her day-to-day provisions with a bonus.
