Please God help me to overcome this work stress. I like my job, but I need help to destress in the moment during difficult times. Amen

We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed by work stress, and we're here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical guidance. Firstly, we note that you did not mention Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ, or IJN (In Jesus Name). We want to explain that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. The Bible says in Acts 4:12 WEB There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Also see John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
In times of stress, it's crucial to remember God's presence and His promise to help us in our times of need. The Bible tells us, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30 WEB
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling overwhelmed by work stress. We thank You that they like their job, but we ask for Your intervention in helping them manage the stress effectively.
Lord, remind them of Your promise in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
Help them in Jesus name to cast their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them. Guide them to prioritize their tasks, manage their time wisely, and find moments of rest and renewal throughout their day.
We also pray for their colleagues and superiors, that they may be understanding and supportive. Help our brother/sister to communicate effectively and seek help when needed.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke any spirit of anxiety, stress, or fear, and we ask You, Lord, to fill them with Your peace and strength.
Please draw them closer to you Lord Jesus. If there is anything preventing them from believing in Jesus Christ as their savior or having a personal relationship with him, please Lord help them to overcome this barrier to knowing you.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We believe that in every situation, You work for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
