Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and the work situations being faced. Lord, we know that Your Word tells us, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope" (Jeremiah 29:11). We trust in Your divine plan and timing.
Father, we ask that You move in a mighty way in ###'s workplace. Grant wisdom and discernment, as it is written in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." May Your wisdom guide every decision, and may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard ###'s heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we also pray for favor and protection. As it is written in Psalm 5:12, "For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; with favor You will surround him as with a shield." Surround ### with Your favor and shield from any harm or negativity in the workplace.
We trust in Your provision and believe that You are working all things together for good, as promised in Romans 8:28. Strengthen ### with Your Spirit, and may Your presence be felt powerfully in every situation faced.
We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
