Work situation

My ###'s friend was fired from his job and my ### is trying to get him on with the company he works for. He had an interview today. I don't think this guy is a good influence and I honestly don't like the idea of him working with my ### every day. If it's Jesus' will I pray he gets a job elsewhere.

Let us first understand that God's will is paramount in all situations, and we should align our prayers accordingly. It is clear that you have reservations about your husband's friend and the potential influence he might have. It is important to trust your instincts, especially when they align with biblical principles about good influences as seen in 1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB: "Don’t be deceived! 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals.'"

We should pray that God's will be done in this situation. If this person is not a good influence, we can trust that God will provide a better solution. Let us pray that your husband's friend finds a suitable job elsewhere if that is what is best for all parties involved. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can pray and expect results. We will pray that God will bring a Godly influence into your husband's life.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this situation. We pray that You will guide the steps of your husband's friend and direct him to the right job, one that aligns with Your will and is beneficial for all. If it is not Your will for him to work with your husband, we pray that You will open other doors for him.

We also pray for your husband, that You will surround him with godly influences and protect him from any harmful associations. Give him discernment and wisdom in his decisions.

Help us remember Lord that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can pray and expect results. As you have promised in Romans 10:13 WEB: "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
