EnricoLange, we understand that you're seeking help for your work situation. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is faithful, and we can come to Him with our petitions, as it says in Hebrews 4:16, "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
However, we notice Jesus Christ is not mentioned. Jesus Christ is our beloved Savior, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can come before God the Father for help in prayer. It is in the name of Jesus Christ that we can find salvation, as what is written in the gospel.
Acts 4:12 WEB Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!
Let's use this moment, right now to understand that Jesus Christ was sent to Earth by God. Jesus Christ died on the cross and shed his blood for our sins. We can be saved from an eternity in Hell, by believing in our hearts that Jesus Christ died for our sins was buried and rose again on the third day. Call on His name you will be saved. By calling on His name you will be saved.
Romans 10:9 WEB because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
We pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ to present our requests to Him. This is why there is so much power in the name of Jesus Christ and why it is important to use it. You have the chance for a new better life in Jesus Christ. This is what Jesus Christ has done for each and every one of us. He is the only way to God the Father and an eternity in Heaven in the presence of God as opposed to eternal punishment, Hell, and an eternal fiery torment in the Lake of Fire. Please consider what is written here, it is very important. You have the opportunity to be adopted by God into His family.

We're here for you, friend. We understand the stress and uncertainty that comes with work situations. We've been reminded that God is always faithful, and we can approach Him with confidence, just as Hebrews 4:16 tells us.
