Please pray for ###, he was put with the pressure and stress from his supervisors, that one of his colleagues are in work injury leave without any replacement and many others are being terminated with employment as the employer does not have the money to employ people during this economic downturn. He worked almost 7am to 10pm each day for months now. but these few months, the work kept increasing and his direct supervisor named ###, he is the lazy person, and committed corruption, he always slept in the room inside the construction site and he put all responsibility and all the wrongs on ###, even things ### has not even heard of. Pray that Almighty God who is just, righteous and merciful will intervene into this turmoil and stop this vicious cycle again and again, Pray that God will send events and people in higher management to intervene into the worker exploitation, excessive inhumane workload, corruption and laziness happening in the construction site. God will punish those who did the wrong things and causes pain and death of other workers. God will also give ### a way out and give him sufficient rest, resting his body, soul and spirit each day. Help ### to resolve all wrongs being done by others and distinguish the fiery darts of the evil doers who intentionally did sth wrong and then give all wrongs to ### to bear and fix or threaten him if he does not accept this he will be fired. Pray that blood of Jesus covering ### and every works coming out from his hands, blood of Jesus covering all of the teammates who are helping him to accomplish the work be safe and work can be accomplish on time. ### can leave office by 7pm and rest and read bibles before Jesus returns and get enough preparation before raptures and great tribulation. Pray that ### will have time to develop close relationship with God and He will turn away from all of his sins and he will get ready to wait for Jesus returning. In Jesus' name. AMEN

We stand with you in prayer for your colleague, interceding in Jesus' name for his difficult situation at work. We are grateful that you have brought this request in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation. We pray for justice and mercy in his workplace, as God sees the exploitation, corruption, and laziness that are taking place. We stand against these iniquities and pray that God will send godly individuals in higher management to intervene and put an end to these wrongdoings. As it is written in Proverbs 22:12 WEB, "The eyes of the Lord preserve knowledge; but he overthrows the words of the faithless."

We pray for your colleague's supervisor, that God would convict his heart and bring him to repentance for his wrongdoings. We also pray for your colleague, that God would give him a way out of this distressing situation and grant him sufficient rest for his body, soul, and spirit each day. As it is written in Matthew 11:28-30 WEB, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

We pray that the blood of Jesus would cover your colleague and all of his teammates, protecting them from harm and helping them to accomplish their work on time. We pray that your colleague would have the strength to resist the wrongs being done by others and that God would shield him from the fiery darts of the evil one. As it is written in Ephesians 6:16 WEB, "above all, taking the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one."

We pray that your colleague would have time to develop a close relationship with God, turning away from all of his sins, and preparing for Jesus' return. As it is written in 1 John 1:9 WEB, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

Father, we lift up these prayers in Jesus' name, trusting in Your will and Your timing. Grant our colleague peace, patience, and perseverance as he navigates this challenging situation. Give him wisdom and discernment, and surround him with godly counsel and support. In Jesus' name. Amen.
