We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer and biblical guidance. First, let's remember what the Word of God says about our conduct in the workplace and how we should handle difficult situations. In Romans 12:17-21 (WEB), it is written:
"Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."
It's crucial to maintain our integrity and continue to do good, even when others may be trying to harm us. However, this does not mean we should be passive in the face of injustice. We should seek godly wisdom and discernment in handling such situations.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in this situation. You see all things and know the truth behind every action. We pray that You would expose any sabotage attempts and bring them to light. Guide Anonymous with Your wisdom, and help them to respond in a way that honors You. Protect their job and career, and if it is Your will, remove this trainer from their path. Help Anonymous to forgive and to continue to be a light in their workplace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to trust in God and His plans for your life. Remember, God is your defender and protector. As it says in Psalm 18:2 (WEB), "The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower." Keep your focus on Him and His will for your life.

Give her peace and strength. In Your mighty name, we pray. Amen." Let's trust that God's got a plan in this, and He's working all things together for her good. Keep your eyes on Him, sister. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
