Thank you for bringing this request to our attention. We will intercede for Chad and his workplace situation.
We are reminded in Matthew 11:28-30 WEB, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Jesus encourages us to come to Him with our burdens, and He will give us rest.
Chad has been going through a stressful and unfair situation at work, but we trust that God is aware of his struggles. We pray that those who manage above Chad will be filled with wisdom and understanding, and recognize Chad's hard work.
In Psalm 62:5-7 WEB, "My soul, wait in silence for God alone, for my expectation is from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress. I will not be shaken. With God is my salvation and my honor. The rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God."
We pray that Chad will trust in the Lord, knowing that God is his rock and salvation. We pray that Chad will be an exceptional supervisor, guided by godly principles and wisdom. We pray that Chad will be a blessing to his workplace, demonstrating integrity, fairness, and kindness in his role. We also pray for his witnessed testimony in the workplace to be a shining light to others so that they may see his good works and glorify our Father in heaven.
We also ask this for Chad: "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven." (Matthew 5:16 WEB)
It is important that Chad remembers it is only in the name of Jesus Christ we are to pray for anything to be done. Therefore, Chad you must believe in Jesus Christ and as it is only through him that anyone is saved, then Chad, if you have not called on the name of Jesus to save you from your sins then please do so. Simply talk to God and tell him you believe in Jesus Christ. He died for your sins. Then ask Jesus to save you right now.
We ask these things in Jesus name. Amen.
