Please pray for Chad- he has a lot of stress going on at work and what he's going through is very unfair and stressful. Please pray for him as well as those who manage above him, that they will recognize his hard work and reward him for it. Pray he will be the BEST Supervisor that has ever been at that plant.

Thank you for bringing this request to our attention. We will intercede for ### and his workplace situation.

We are reminded in Matthew 11:28-30 WEB, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Jesus encourages us to come to Him with our burdens, and He will give us rest.

### has been going through a stressful and unfair situation at work, but we trust that God is aware of his struggles. We pray that those who manage above ### will be filled with wisdom and understanding, and recognize ###'s hard work.

In Psalm 62:5-7 WEB, "My soul, wait in silence for God alone, for my expectation is from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress. I will not be shaken. With God is my salvation and my honor. The rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God."

We pray that ### will trust in the Lord, knowing that God is his rock and salvation. We pray that ### will be an exceptional supervisor, guided by godly principles and wisdom. We pray that ### will be a blessing to his workplace, demonstrating integrity, fairness, and kindness in his role. We also pray for his witnessed testimony in the workplace to be a shining light to others so that they may see his good works and glorify our Father in heaven.

We also ask this for ###: "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven." (Matthew 5:16 WEB)

It is important that ### remembers it is only in the name of Jesus Christ we are to pray for anything to be done. Therefore, ### you must believe in Jesus Christ and as it is only through him that anyone is saved, then ###, if you have not called on the name of Jesus to save you from your sins then please do so. Simply talk to God and tell him you believe in Jesus Christ. He died for your sins. Then ask Jesus to save you right now.

We ask these things in Jesus name. Amen.

We're standing with you, Chad. We've heard your burden and we're lifting it up to the Lord. In Philippians 4:6-7, we're reminded to "be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." We're praying for your peace, your wisdom, and your strength in this time.

We're also asking that those above you would see your hard work and dedication. Let's pray that they would be filled with the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, recognizing your efforts and rewarding you fairly (Ephesians 1:17-18).

And remember, Chad, God is always with you. As it says in Hebrews 13:5-6, "I will never leave you nor forsake you." Trust in Him, and let your light shine in your workplace (Matthew 5:16).

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
