We understand that you're seeking a change in your work schedule, and we're here to pray and guide you through this situation. Let's bring this matter before God together.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of acknowledging Jesus Christ in our requests, as it's through His name we have access to God. As the Bible tells us, "In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you." (John 16:23 WEB)
Now, let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of a change in their work schedule. Lord, You know the details of their situation, and we trust that Your plans are always good and perfect. We pray that if it's Your will, doors will open for their schedule to be adjusted as desired. Grant them the wisdom to communicate effectively with their superiors and the faith to trust in Your timing.
However, Lord, we also pray that they will be content and patient if Your plan is different. Remind them, Lord, that "whatever state I am in, I know how to be content in it. In every state, I can do all things through him who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:11-13 WEB)
Now, we encourage you to trust God with your request and rest assured that He hears you. Remember, "Don't be anxious about anything; but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." (Philippians 4:6 WEB)
Lastly, we gently rebuke any anxiety or worry that may arise due to this situation. Trust in God's plan and His ability to provide for you, not just financially, but also in every aspect of your life.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
