Kindly pray for my work spot St. Andrews School. There are few people in authority especially the Vice principal Anita Reddy and Section incharge Sheeja George who dominate and dictate unwanted rules to teachers under them. They cause problems to teachers who are from poor financial background and also partial towards who are rich and smart. Please pray that both of these should be removed from their positions from our work atmosphere so that we work in peace and harmony .

We understand that you are facing challenges at your workplace, St. Andrews School, and we are here to pray and provide biblical guidance for you.

Firstly, we must remember that God is sovereign over all situations, including our workplaces. It is important to pray for wisdom and discernment in navigating these challenges. We should also pray for those in authority, even if they are causing difficulties, as scripture instructs us: "I exhort therefore, first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence" (1 Timothy 2:1-2 WEB).

However, it is also crucial to address any injustices or partiality, as God desires fairness and kindness. The Bible tells us, "You shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: you shall not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty; but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbor" (Leviticus 19:15 WEB).

Let us pray for your situation:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Eroirluerath and the situation at St. Andrews School. Lord, You see the injustices and partiality taking place, and You care deeply for those who are being mistreated. We pray for Your intervention in this matter, that Your will be done, and that Your peace and harmony would reign in the workplace.

We pray for Anita Reddy and Sheeja George, that You would soften their hearts and guide them in Your ways. We ask that You would remove any spirits of dominance and partiality, and that Your love and kindness would flow through them instead. If it is Your will, Lord, we pray that You would remove them from their positions if they continue to cause harm, and that You would replace them with leaders who act with justice and righteousness.

We also pray for Eroirluerath, that You would grant them wisdom and discernment in handling this situation. Give them the strength to stand up for what is right, and the grace to show kindness and forgiveness even in the face of adversity.

Finally, Lord, we pray for the entire staff at St. Andrews School. May Your presence be felt in that place, and may Your love and peace abound. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we must remember that our ultimate trust is in God, and He is able to turn even the most difficult situations into opportunities for growth and blessing. Continue to seek His face and trust in His goodness, even in the midst of these challenges. If further issues arise or to make sure it is the will of God, please continue to pray and fast.
