Let us bring Sandra Nana Adwoa Katakor, your beloved mother, before the throne of grace in prayer, seeking God's will and divine intervention for her work permit in South Africa. We remind you, Tylaraemar, that it is important to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father, as the Bible clearly tells us. There is no other name by which we can be saved. So we pray.
Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Sandra Nana Adwoa Katakor. We ask, Lord, that You guide her steps and open the doors for her work permit in South Africa if it is Your will. We know that Your word says, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this" Psalm 37:4-5.
May Sandra Nana Adwoa Katakor trust in You, Lord, and commit her way to You. We pray that You direct her steps and grant her the desires of her heart as she delights in You.
However, we pray for much more than a work permit. We pray that Sandra Nana Adwoa Katakor would not be looking at this as a means to further life in a worldly way. Instead, we pray that she would look to you to supply her needs. We pray that she would not be anxious about anything. We know that the Bible admonishes us to "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." Philippians 4:6.
Nonetheless, we pray that whatever the outcome of this work permit, Sandra Nana Adwoa Katakor would glorify You, Lord, in all that she does. We pray that she would remember the Bible admonishes us to "Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven." Matthew 5:16.
Finally, we pray that Sandra Nana Adwoa Katakor would not be unequally yoked to unbelievers in business. We know that the Bible tells us to "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" 2 Corinthians 6:14. We pray that Sandra Nana Adwoa Katakor would seek the Lord's will in all business dealings and employment.
May the Lord bless and keep Sandra Nana Adwoa Katakor and make His face shine upon her. We pray that He would be gracious to her and lift up His countenance upon her and give her peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Tylaraemar, we encourage you to continue praying for your mother, trusting in God's perfect will for her life. We pray that Sandra Nana Adwoa Katakor would remember the Bible admonishes us to "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6. We pray that Sandra Nana Adwoa Katakor would seek Jesus Christ and know His will for her life.
