Let us first of all point out that you did not mention Jesus or even hint at Jesus in your prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Beloved, we understand your desire for an increased workload and the blessings that come with it. However, it's crucial to align our requests with God's will and ensure that our priorities are in order. Remember, God wants us to trust in Him and not be anxious about our work (Matthew 6:25-34 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their workplace. Lord, You know the needs of the company and the distributors. We ask that Your will be done and that You provide the work that is needed. Help ### to trust in You and not be anxious about the workload.
Lord, we also pray for the salvation of ### and all those involved in the company. May they come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to You.

We've been thinking about you and your work situation, and we wanted to add our voices to the prayers already lifted up for you. We know that sometimes it's hard to find the right words, but we're here to support you in any way we can.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
