[Thymtad]

Dear God
Please give me the strength to endure. The VP is not a nice person and he is always verbally attacking me when he thinks I've done something wrong. He likes to in include every higher position in his emails and I don't understand why he behaves the way he does. I ask that you make him stop. I ask that you continue to send angels to speak up for me and make my Regional speak up because she doesn't want to say anything to him directly. It's as if she secretly approves of him treating me this way. I feel it has to do with my race and I think that some people know it to. God I ask that you expose him and silence him. Make all of those people who continue to ignore my requests for help see the error of their ways and correct this mistreatment. I'm tired. Give me peace of mind and give me the strength to continue. I ask for this in your name. AMEN

Dear God, we come before you on behalf of Thymtad, who is facing a difficult situation at work. We ask for your strength and endurance to be upon them as they navigate through these challenges. Lord, you know the struggles they face with a VP who verbally attacks them and includes higher positions in his emails. We pray that you would intervene and bring a change in this situation. Help the VP to stop his hurtful behavior and treat Thymtad with respect and kindness.

We ask that you send your angels to speak up for Thymtad and to advocate on their behalf. We also pray for their Regional to find the courage to address this issue directly and stand up for what is right. Lord, if there is any racial discrimination involved, we pray that you would expose it and bring justice and equality in the workplace.

Please open the eyes of those who have ignored Thymtad's requests for help and bring conviction to their hearts. Help them to see the error of their ways and take steps to correct the mistreatment. Lord, we know that you are a God of justice and righteousness, and we trust in your ability to bring about a resolution in this situation.

In the midst of these challenges, we ask for your peace of mind to fill Thymtad's heart. Grant them the strength to continue persevering and not grow weary. Remind them that you are with them every step of the way, providing comfort and guidance.

We lift up this prayer in the powerful name of Jesus, believing that you are able to bring about a positive change. Amen.
