Help me to be kind even when the person I will be dealing with will react negatively. Help me to be better. Teach me to be direct and to be honest & sincere. Amen

Heavenly Father,

We come to you in Jesus Name asking for your guidance and protection for Caidsorat as he prepares for a difficult conversation with a subordinate tomorrow. Please give him the courage to speak from the heart and with empathy. Help him to be kind even when the person he will be dealing with reacts negatively. Give him the strength to be direct and honest, and to be sincere in his words. Help him to be better and to learn from this experience. We thank you for your grace and mercy and ask that you bless Caidsorat with your peace and love. In Jesus Name, Amen.
