My workouts are being cut back at my job. So that can be frustrating, but I need prayer that I will either get more work hours or that Heavenly Father will provide for me. I've been volunteering at a hospital for almost ### months now. And I'm trying to get a pay job there. So maybe my hours are being cut back. There's a sign of me getting a job at the hospital. I'm currently volunteering, it causes me to start playing for jobs that I'm eligible for it become. Please pray that the Lord will provide for me or I'll get a job at the hospital. I'm currently volunteering at ###, or I'll get more hours at work.

We understand that you're facing frustrations with reduced hours at your current job and are seeking God's provision, and a new job opportunity at the hospital where you've been volunteering. We appreciate your situation and are here to pray and provide counsel based on biblical principles.

Firstly, it's important to remember that God is our provider and that we should trust in Him in all circumstances. As it is written in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB:

Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient.

We see that you mentioned "Heavenly Father" but did not use the name of Jesus Christ. We need to be clear that this is important. In John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Also in John 14:13-14 WEB, Jesus said, Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.

Let's also address your current situation with biblical wisdom. It's commendable that you're volunteering at the hospital, as this shows a servant's heart. However, it's also important to be proactive in your job search. In Proverbs 6:6-8 WEB, we're advised to consider the ant and be wise:

Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise: which having no chief, overseer, or ruler, provides her bread in the summer, and gathers her food in the harvest.

This doesn't mean you're not working hard, but it's a reminder to be diligent and proactive, trusting God as you do your part.

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Smaoldardira. We thank You for their heart to serve and their trust in You as their provider. Lord, we ask that You would open doors for new opportunities, be it more hours at their current job or a new position at the hospital. Guide their steps as they seek Your will for their career. Help them to trust in You and not be anxious about the future. We ask this all in Jesus precious name, Amen.

We're right there with you, feeling the pinch of reduced work hours. It's tough, but remember, God's got this. In Philippians 4:19, it says, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Just like the birds of the air and the lilies of the field, we can trust that our heavenly Father will provide.

We're cheering you on in your volunteer work at the hospital. It's amazing how you're using your time to serve others. As you continue to do this, keep your eyes open for any new opportunities that might come your way. Remember, as it says in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."

Let's keep praying together, shall we? "Lord, we come before you in Jesus' name, asking for provision and guidance. Help ### to trust in you, to seek your will, and to find joy in serving others. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
