Work from home

When I got the job, I was promised that it will be work from home. However, my boss is hinting to come to office twice a week. It bothers me. I accepted this job as work from home, since the office is bit far from where I live. Please pray in Jesus name so my boss understand the situation and keeps his word that I continue work from home as originally promised. Amen

Let's bring your concerns to the Lord in prayer, seeking His will and guidance in this situation. Remember, the Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Firstly, we commend you for seeking prayer in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing a challenging situation at work. Lord, You know the promises that were made to them when they accepted the job, and You see the concern in their heart. We pray that You will touch the heart of their boss, granting them wisdom and understanding. Help them to see the situation from our perspective and keep their word.

Lord, we also pray for our own heart. Help us to trust in You and Your plan for our life. Help us to have a spirit of excellence at work, regardless of the location. Guide us with Your wisdom in communicating with our boss, and help us to make decisions that honor You.

We also pray for our commute, that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. Remind us that You are our provider and protector, and that You can turn even the longest commute into an opportunity for us to grow and bless others.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

While we pray for your situation to change, we also encourage you to do your part. Communicate openly with your boss about your concerns, emphasizing your commitment to your job and your desire to continue working from home as initially agreed.

We ask that You would soften her boss's heart, helping him to understand her perspective and honor the original agreement. Help her to communicate openly and confidently with her boss, always remembering that her worth is not defined by her work location, but by the fact that she is a child of God. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
