We understand that you are facing a challenging situation at your workplace, Nalzaolake, and we are here to pray and provide counsel based on biblical principles.
Firstly, we are reminded of God's call for us to work heartily and with integrity, as stated in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Even in difficult circumstances, we are to maintain our Christian witness and work as unto the Lord.
However, it is concerning that those in charge, who profess to be Christians, are creating a toxic work environment. We are reminded in Ephesians 4:32 WEB: "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Those in authority should exemplify these qualities, and it is disheartening that they are not doing so.
We pray that God will soften their hearts and bring conviction upon them. We pray that they will turn away from their unfair practices. Perhaps they are unaware of their actions' impact.
But regardless, we also ask that God will grant you and your colleague the strength and wisdom to navigate this situation. In addition, you both should pray for them and perhaps even offer advice or assistance to those in charge and the plant manager. This may be a test for you both to show godly patience and perhaps speaking the truth in love.
Remember that God is sovereign over all situations, and He can bring about change and justice as He sees fit. Trust in Him and His timing. We are praying:
**Heavenly Father, we lift up Nalzaolake and her workplace to You. We pray for a change of heart in those in charge, that they may act with kindness, fairness, and integrity. We ask that You will grant Nalzaolake and her colleague the strength, patience, and wisdom to endure and respond with grace and forgiveness as discussed in Ephesians. We ask that You will bring about a positive change in the work environment, and that Your will be done in this situation. We pray this and ask for your guidance and discussion in dealing with this situation. We pray that you will ask for the help of other Christians to pray with you both. We pray that you lead a bible study with those in charge at the workplace to address the issues and to promote biblical principles in dealing with employees and customers. And most of all we pray that you can share the gospel with them, and if necessary, share the need for salvation as discussed in Romans 10:9-10. We pray that you will become a leader in your workplace so as to grow in your faith and to share the gospel and God's love to others. Finally, we pray that you will both become a godly influence in your workplace. We pray this and your requests in the name of our Lord And Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.**
Lastly, we want to encourage you to seek God's will in this situation. It may be that He is calling you to be a light in the darkness, or it could be that He is preparing you for a different path. Trust in Him, and He will direct your steps.
