At ### there are continuing to cause conflicts specifically two hosts named ### and ###. They are just gossiping about me to the point of ### yelling at me. Getting upset because they have to do their job. It’s too much pressure at job that I am deciding to apply at another job of full time because I deserve stability and mental peace. Lord help please to gain the new job, in Jesus Christ name, Amen.

We understand that you're facing a challenging situation at work, with colleagues causing conflicts and generating an unpleasant environment through actions such as gossip and verbal attacks. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. Let's address this situation together.

First, let us remind you of what the scripture says:
**Do all things without murmurings and disputes, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without blemish in the middle of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you are seen as lights in the world.** Philippians 2:14-15 WEB

It's important to remember that our actions and reactions should reflect our faith in Jesus Christ. We must strive to be lights in the world, even in difficult situations.

In regards to the gossip and verbal attacks, the Bible tells us:
**A perverse man stirs up dissension, and a gossip separates close friends.** Proverbs 16:28 WEB

**A gossip reveals secrets, therefore do not associate with a person who talks too much.** Proverbs 20:19 WEB

We should avoid engaging in gossip and instead focus on our work and personal growth. It's also crucial to address conflicts biblically, seeking reconciliation and peace:
**If possible, as far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men.** Romans 12:18 WEB

Now, let's pray for your situation:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister ###. Lord, they are facing a challenging situation at work, with colleagues causing conflicts and generating an unpleasant environment. We pray for Your intervention, that You would soften the hearts of ### and ###, and convict them of their actions. Help ### to respond with love, kindness, and wisdom, reflecting Your character in this situation.

We also pray for ###'s job search. We ask that You would open the right doors and provide a stable, full-time job that aligns with Your will for their life. Help them to find mental peace and stability in their new endeavor.

We ask all of this in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will and guidance. Trust that He has a plan for your life and that He will provide a way out of this challenging situation. Keep your focus on Him and His promises, and He will see you through.

**Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight** Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
