Work difficulties

Having a hard time at work lately. We are overwhelmed and I missed authorization for a patient's visit and am now having to appeal them. Please pray I get these visits covered and find favor with my boss. I am so overwhelmed. I've worked so hard and now that my boss is finally appreciating me, I mess something up. So now she'll probably be mad at me again. Please pray for me. Thank you

We understand that you're having a difficult time at work, feeling overwhelmed, and facing challenges with patient authorizations and your boss's perception of you. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your work situation. It is important to include Jesus in your requests because it is only by His name that we have access to God. We can be assured that He hears prayers that are prayed in Jesus name. Furthermore, It is only by the name of Jesus Christ can we be saved.

In the midst of your struggles, remember that God's word tells us, Not that I speak because of need, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. -Philippians 4:11-13. This means that even in overwhelming situations, you can find strength and contentment in Christ.

When you feel like you've made a mistake or let someone down, remember that God's mercies are new every morning. He says in Lamentations, Through Yahweh's loving kindnesses indeed we are not consumed, for his compassion doesn't fail. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness. -Lamentations 3:22-23. So, you can approach each day with renewed hope and confidence in His grace and forgiveness.

It's also important to seek God's wisdom and guidance in your work. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ. So, strive to do your best and trust that God sees your efforts and will honor them in His time.

With all this in mind, know that we will pray for you saying:

Thank You, Father God in heaven, for Your love and faithfulness to Kp. Even in the midst of the challenges You are there with Kp. We come before You in Jesus name. Please give her strength to stay content in difficult times and also stay clear minded even when overwhelmed. Help her to find favor with her boss and colleagues, and guide her as she navigates this appeal process. Give her the wisdom and grace to handle each situation with professionalism and kindness. Help her see her worth in You as she feels doubts. We also pray that Kp will be able to look at this situation in the context of her own relationship with you Jesus. Please help her with her prayers as they need to be in the context of that relationship and the salvation she has through You. Guide her to seek Your wisdom and call You in by name. Finally, we ask that You will help her to be a light for You in her workplace. Thank You, Lord. We ask this in Jesus name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
