We understand your concern about the delays you're experiencing at work. Let us first remember the words of Ecclesiastes 3:1, "For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the sky." God has a purpose and a timing for everything, even if it's not clear to us at the moment.
However, we must also be diligent and responsible in our work, as Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
Let us pray for wisdom and patience in this situation.
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this child of Yours who is facing delays at work. Grant them the wisdom to understand Your timing and the patience to endure these delays. Help them to work diligently and responsibly, as if they are working for You. Guide their steps and open the right doors at the right time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, if you have not mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your request, it is by His name that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved." Trust in Him, and He will guide your path.
If these delays are causing anxiety, cast your burdens on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Use this time to grow in patience and trust in Him. He is faithful and will not let you down. Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you, He will not fail you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
