We understand your concerns about the delays you're experiencing at work. Let's bring this before the Lord together and seek His will in this situation.
Firstly, remember what the Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Even in delays, God has a purpose and is working for our good.
However, let's also address the root cause of these delays. If it's due to lack of diligence, remember what Proverbs 18:9 says, "One who is slack in his work is brother to him who is a master of destruction." We should always strive to do our best and work diligently, as this brings glory to God (Colossians 3:23).
If the delays are due to circumstances beyond your control, trust in God's sovereignty. Proverbs 16:9 tells us, "A man's heart plans his course, but the LORD directs his steps." God may be using these delays to teach you patience, perseverance, or to redirect your path.
Let's pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing delays at work. Lord, give them the wisdom to understand the cause of these delays and the grace to deal with them accordingly. Help them to work diligently, trust in Your sovereignty, and be patient as they wait on Your timing. May these delays serve Your purpose and bring glory to Your name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, it's only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God (John 14:6). If you haven't already, make sure to commit your ways to Him, trusting that He is able to establish your plans (Proverbs 16:3).
Lastly, always strive for excellence in your work, as this is pleasing to God (Ecclesiastes 9:10). May the Lord guide and bless you in your work.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
