Work deadline approaching Monday

Please pray my boss a accepts to offer an agreed ending of my contract so I don't need to go on stress/sick leave and face into a serious court case. I need to get out of the toxic and dangerous environment which is damaging my health. The deadline to return to work is Monday however I cannot risk entering the building for another year. Please pray my boss does right and offers me a justified and fair package that takes into consideration all the stress, costs, damage of reputation, loss of respect I have suffered and the fear and financial implications as a result of lies and deceit and intolerable behaviour I have suffered from my directeice. Please help me lord. I need this chapter to come to an end immediately. Thank you.

We understand your urgent situation and are here to lift you up in prayer and guidance. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB).

We will pray that your boss may act with fairness, compassion, and understanding, much like the servant who showed mercy in Jesus' parable (Matthew 18:23-35 WEB). We pray that they will consider the stress, costs, and damages you've endured, and offer a just and fair package for the closure of your contract.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to intercede for our brother/sister. Lord, You know the struggles they've faced in this toxic environment, the damage it's done to their health and reputation. We ask that You soften their boss' heart, Lord, that they may act with justice and kindness. Help our brother/sister to find peace and a swift resolution to this situation. Guide them to a new path where they can serve You with joy and peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to trust in God's timing and plan. Remember Jesus' words: "In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world." (John 16:33 WEB). Also, if you haven't already, we advise you to seek godly counsel and legal advice to protect your rights and ensure you're treated fairly.

Lastly, we noticed that your request doesn't mention Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it's by His name that we have access to God (John 14:6 WEB), and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. He promises to give us peace, even in the midst of trials (John 14:27 WEB).

We're right here with you, standing in faith for your situation. We've been thinking about how, in the Bible, the Israelites were led out of slavery in Egypt, and God parted the Red Sea for them (Exodus 14:21-22). We believe God can part your 'Red Sea' too, making a way where there seems to be none.

Let's pray: "Dear Lord, we lift our ### up to You. We ask that You intervene in this situation, softening hearts and opening minds. Help their boss to see the injustice and unfairness that has been endured, and guide them to offer a just and fair resolution. Lord, we trust that You are able to turn this situation around for the good of our ###, just as You've done in the past. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
