We understand that you're seeking prayers and guidance regarding a work contract. We're here to support you and intercede on your behalf. Let's first remember what the Bible tells us about work and our attitude towards it:
"Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, where you are going." (Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB)
"Servants, obey in all things those who are your masters according to the flesh, not just when they are looking, as men-pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing God. And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." (Colossians 3:22-24 WEB)
Now, let's pray for this situation:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up our brother/sister who is concerned about their work contract. Lord, we ask for your divine guidance in this matter. Give them wisdom to discern what is right and fair, and the courage to stand up for their rights, always in a manner pleasing to you. Provide for their needs according to your riches in glory, and help them to trust in you with all their heart. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
In regards to your contract, ensure that you're being treated fairly and that the agreement aligns with biblical principles of honesty and fairness. Trust that God will provide and guide you in this matter.
Lastly, we noticed that your request doesn't mention Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it's only through Jesus that we have access to God. As the Bible tells us:
"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all; the testimony in its own times" (1 Timothy 2:5-6 WEB)
Trust in Jesus, and know that he loves you and wants the best for you in all aspects of your life, including your work. If you haven't already, consider accepting him as your Lord and Savior.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
