Let's lift up 
We understand your concern about finding a healthy work balance, Rocshath. We are reminded in Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 (WEB) that there is a time for every purpose under heaven, including a time to work and a time to rest. It's crucial to strive for balance, as God instituted rest as a vital part of our lives.
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to acknowledge that it is through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" We encourage you to approach your petition in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we can find true peace and balance.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Rocshath and their company to You, Lord. We ask for Your divine wisdom to guide them in balancing the workload for the rest of the year. Help them to work diligently and honestly, as Colossians 3:23 (WEB) tells us, 'Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men.' But also, Lord, remind them of the importance of rest, as You did in Mark 6:31 (WEB), 'He said to them, "Come away by yourselves to a deserted place, and rest awhile."' We ask this all in Jesus' precious name. Amen."

We're here with you, Rocshath, in this work-life balance journey. Like the rhythm of the seasons, we too need ebb and flow in our daily tasks. We'll keep you in our prayers, asking God to grant your company wisdom in managing workloads, and for you to find that sweet spot where work is productive and rest is rejuvenating.
