Work anointing

Please pray for C to be anointed for the work that needs to be done.

We understand your request and we stand with you in prayer for C. Let us first remember what the Bible teaches us about anointing and God's work. In 1 John 2:20, 27 (WEB) it is written, "But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you all have knowledge... But the anointing which you received from him remains in you, and you don't need for anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is no lie, and even as it taught you, you will remain in him."

Jesus, in quoting from the Prophet Isaiah, also spoke about the anointing in Luke 4:18 (WEB), "The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the broken hearted, to proclaim release to the captives, recovering of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine anointing upon C. Prepare C for the work that needs to be done, Lord. Fill C with Your Holy Spirit, equipping them with the wisdom, knowledge, and power needed to accomplish Your will. Just as You anointed Jesus for His ministry, anoint C to preach the good news, to heal the brokenhearted, and to proclaim Your truth.

Father, we ask that You guide C's path, opening doors for them to serve You effectively. Help C to remain steadfast and true to Your teachings, always remembering that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can do great works. May C be a vessel of Your love, mercy, and grace, always seeking to bring glory to Your name.

In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God and be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Keep this truth close to your heart and always seek Jesus in all you do.

We're here, standing with you, lifting C up in prayer. We've been thinking about how the Holy Spirit anoints us for different purposes, just like He did for Jesus. Remember in Acts 1:8 (WEB), "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth." Let's pray for C to be filled with that power, to be a witness for Jesus wherever they go.

Lord, we ask that You fill C with Your Holy Spirit, anointing them for the work ahead. Give C the strength, courage, and wisdom they need to serve You effectively. Help them to be a beacon of Your love and truth, just like Jesus was. Guide their steps, open the right doors, and keep them close to Your heart. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
