Let us come together in prayer for your sister Felicia Osifo in Germany, trusting in the Lord's provision and timing.
Beloved, we are reminded in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust that God, who is faithful and just, hears our prayers and will provide for Felicia's urgent need for work. Let us also be encouraged by Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ."
Regarding the promise of financial assistance from her late husband's family in Spain, we turn to 2 Corinthians 9:7, "Each man according as he has determined in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." We pray that the Lord will touch their hearts and move them to fulfill their promises promptly, not out of compulsion, but with a willing spirit.
However, we must also remember the words of Psalm 146:3, "Do not put your trust in princes, nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help." Our ultimate trust should be in the Lord, not in human promises. We encourage Felicia to remain steadfast in her faith, knowing that God is her true provider.
Let us pray:
"Father in heaven, we come before you today in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Felicia Osifo. Lord, you know her needs even before we ask. We pray that you will open doors of employment for her, giving her favor in the sight of potential employers. We ask that you will provide for her urgent financial needs according to your riches in glory.
Lord, we also bring before you the family of her late husband in Spain. We ask that you will touch their hearts and move them to fulfill their promises of financial assistance. But above all, Lord, we ask that you will be Felicia's provider, as you have promised in your Word.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage Felicia to remain steadfast in prayer and trust in the Lord's provision. We also encourage her to seek out a local body of believers in Germany to support and uplift her during this time. If she has not already, we pray for Felicia to personally accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
