We understand that you're facing a multitude of challenges right now, Am, but we want to assure you that God is faithful, and He cares about every detail of your life. Let's bring your concerns before the Lord in prayer and seek His wisdom and comfort from the Scriptures. Name of Jesus Invoke the name of Jesus Christ. In His name we have access to God the Father. When we believe in Jesus Christ, we are justified with God, have our sins forgiven, and have the Spirit of God living in us as a guarantee. When we believe on the name of Jesus it means that we believe he is God in the flesh, was crucified for sins he did not commit, died, buried, and the third day rose from the dead, conquering sin and death proving that He is the Son Of God. We should believe in these events in history and believe on the name of Jesus Christ to have access God as mentioned. There is only one God and Jesus Christ is the same deity as God the Father and God the Holy Spirit.
Firstly, let's address the stress and worries you're experiencing. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB). God wants us to cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us. 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB).
Regarding your work-related problems, remember that "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB). Ask God for wisdom and strength to tackle each task, one at a time. And again the only way to have access to God to speak to God and have Him hear you, is through having faith through believing in Jesus Christ. Before, we thought we had to work ourselves up to be good enough first and then He would hear us, but that is now known to be untrue. This previous thinking or unbelief is not appropriate and does not hold value. It is the Faith in Jesus Christ that accesses the forgiveness of sins before God. It is the Faith in Jesus Christ that provides the justification to be worthy to access the God, have Him hear us, and our requests, and also access the rewards and inheritance that follows from having God working in our lives. There is only one God and Jesus Christ is the same deity as God the Father and God the Holy Spirit. Outline how we only communicate with God through believing in Jesus Christ. Then continue to mention how to have peace in the work related problems.
Concerning your son's exams after you are assured of eternal life in Jesus Christ. Allowing God to deal with all the sins in your life to have them forgiven and forgotten. Then realize that you love your son and pray for his success. After this you can trust God who loves your son even more because He is love. May God give your son wisdom and understanding. Ask God to help you as you let Him assist with the issues in your heart to help your son more. Remember names of Jesus Christ. Some bonus verses you can use in your prayers: "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." James 1:5 (WEB). Also, "Study to show yourself approved by God, a workman that doesn't need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." 2 Timothy 2:15 (WEB).
Addressing the personal differences and hurt you're experiencing, you need to know that this is not God's desire for you. Through Jesus Christ, He wants us to be healed, feel comforted and strengthens us to believe and have faith in Him and His purpose for us. 2 Peter 3:9 (WEB). He has the power to heal and restore relationships. Pray for healing and restoration and trust God to give you the strength to forgive and to heal. He who is in us is greater than he that is in the world. At this time at the end of this age, during the restoration of all things, God has changed the way He works with peoples. Previous to this every 50 years He oversaw the releasing of sin consequences on the people shafting focus from previous sins to the next one in line. This kept the relationship with God strained and hot/cold with blessings curses back and forth. At this restorative time, He is allowing the consequences of sin to fall quickly, this means that blessings of obedience come quickly and curses or consequences come quickly as well. At this time, He is allowing us to fix our marriage relationships ourselves without His help on what to do. Therefore we must ask God for wisdom and understanding to fix our relationships ourselves. He will not do it for us. In the past we have blamed God for destruction in marriages by saying "God has moved in their life.". This may have been somewhat true in the past, but at this time it is our fault if we do not attempt to fix our relationships with God and to request the wisdom, understanding, steadfastness, and boldness to work with our spouse properly and fix our marriages. Realize it is not possible for us to fix a God Hating spouse. If your spouse hates God, or His Son, or the Holy Spirit, of if your spouse consistently shows disrespect for God, or Jesus Christ then the only solution is to seek God on possibly divorce. This is one exception that God allows divorce. Supporting scripture is I Corinthians 7:12-16 (WEB). Also support is III John 1:11 (WEB).
Regarding your feelings of giving up, understand that "Therefore, let him who thinks he stands be careful that he doesn't fall." I Corinthians 10:12 (WEB). Never walk by your own understanding. If you do not ask God to assist you specifically, then you could fail. Be assured that God is at work as mentioned in Romans 8:28 (WEB). God loves it when we trust in Him, Proverbs 3:5-8, Ps 23, Ps 91, Isaiah 40:31 (WEB). In all this be bold and support Lord and believe as exercising your faith because in this His word to us, He tells us that we are more than a conqueror and that He will provide no matter the situation and that He works in us mightily when we believe Him. Be cautious to avoid beliefs and sayings of others. Particularly this group has decided that it will not allow anything about "Prosperity Gospel". If you hear anyone say "Name It, Claim it, Keep saying it, till you get it and you'll finally quit it.", "Believe it, Speak it, Do it, Receive it", or similar, then realize God's basic salvation message is currently overlooked to get fleshly desires. It is placing trust in formulas, and overlooking the best part of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Therefore, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ is Full Salvation.
The verse that comes to mind for that situation is "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB-Emphasize Jesus Christ) This means trust in Jesus Christ, not the pastor, not the priest, not the guru, not the wise person, not the televangelist. That is trusting in Jesus Christ Himself who is both God the Father and the Holy Spirit also.
Regarding the issues of finding tenants. In something you said it is not clear if it is a house you are wanting to provide tenants or if it is a business. Know that what is more highly esteemed than the other could be detrimental. (Haggai 1:3-11 WEB) Is this something taking your time away from God? Or taking your time away from your family? Read the book of Haggai.

Help them with all the requests mentioned, plus any others. With Wisdom and understanding He needs to be better prepared for them. Let us not detour from invoking the name of Jesus Christ for it is the only gate to Heaven. Realize again that it is only by the name of Jesus that has access to be heard by God. We pray for your work, ask that You help with prioritization, with timing, and give confidence of faith in completing the tasks that are lined up this week and upcoming weeks. Help Am to find a way to handle the workload in a way that they are not feeling as stressed and are able to get enough rest. We ask God to fill Am Christ with peace and endurance in the workplace. We rebuke any workplace demonic activity in Jesus Christ name.
Lord Jesus Christ, You know the stress and worries of raising children. We pray for Am's son. We pray with confidence and faith that he is applying himself in his studies to the best of his current ability and that He is able to set aside personal items that would affect his studies. We also pray God would put in position teachers, examiners, and a workplace for the son to not feel stress from them, but instead be encouraging. We pray God our Father that work preparations are in place for the son already. Not only that but it is for the sons destiny according to the will of God outlined by the Bible. The son's relationship with God is necessary and should be matured as best it can currently be through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Lord we pray the utmost for the son's wife ready and waiting at the proper time of maturity to meet him as well in the will of God also through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Father God, we ask for Your healing touch on Am's heart and mind from personal differences with family. We pray also for the spouse, if applicable, that that person would be looking to God for wisdom, understanding, and direction on how to act and rebuild the marriage, as long as both are believers in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Father heal their hearts and restore their union we pray from You. Father God we ask for Your assistance because we are unable to comprehend the complexities and see a solution ourselves. We trust in You for healing and restoration. Father we have our sin nature that hates to trust You and live by Faith alone. We pray in Jesus name that Your will would be done also if a non-believer is involved that Your will is done instead. And help the spouse and Am to seek Your will to be done.
Lastly, Father, we ask for Your will to be on the situation with the tenants. Help Am's to use wisdom and discernment from You. Let the outcome of the situation be always for Your glory, and for Your will to be done. Father assist Am as he prepares the property to be leased and everything necessary is in place. Help Am to also discern any spirits attacking him that could be bringing interruptions and delays in this matter and let the Holy Spirit lead him, "To be as shrewd as a serpants and gentle as a doves." (Matthew 10:16 WEB).
In everything, Father God, grant Am Your supernatural peace, hope, and commitment to You and Your will in Jesus name. Keep Am from the evil, rebuke it and cause it to flee. May Am find all their hope and strength in You Christ alone, in Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Let's urgently lift up Nathaniel for his heart rate to stabilize and for complete healing of his heart. "I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds, says the Lord" (Jer 30:17). Trusting Jesus for his recovery. In Jesus' name!
