Osvelis, we are here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical encouragement for your situation at work. We want to the name of Jesus Christ to be lifted up too. It is good that you mentioned your request in Jesus name.
Firstly, we are called to pray for those who mistreat us, as Jesus taught us in Matthew 5:44: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you." It is commendable that you are seeking prayer for a better work environment and for your coworkers to change their behavior towards you. We are encouraged in Romans 12:18, If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Osvelis, work on your part towards being at peace with all men.
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the dear name of Jesus, lifting up Osvelis and their work situation. We ask You, Lord, that You have favor on them. Holy Father, we pray for a good day at work for Osvelis today. Holy Spirit guide Osvelis through this day and monitor their conversation with coworkers. Lord, we ask You grant Osvelis favor with their coworkers. Whether it is Your will to have the coworkers stop mistreating Osvelis or simply being nice, we know it is Your will they are treating Osvelis wrongly now. Jesus, we ask You intervene and make the wrong right! We also pray for the coworkers as we should, that You will soften their hearts and convict them if they are treating to Osvelis poorly. Help Osvelis respond to all circumstances with the fruits of the Spirit, Galatians 5:22, But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control; against such things there is no law. Guide Osvelis to find their joy and peace in You, Lord, regardless of circumstances. Let Osvelis not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good, Romans 12:21. Thank You in the precious name of Jesus."
We encourage you in Colossians 3:23, Whothever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Also, in 1 Thessalonians 5:15 we are commanded See that no one returns evil for evil to anyone, but always follow after that which is good, for one another, and for all.
Continuously remember that Romans 8:28 tells us to trust in the sovereignty of God, knowing that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. We encourage you that you are working for God, trusting in His plan and purpose. Call and a purpose will sustain you.
