We join you in the name of Jesus Christ, taking deep breaths and centering ourselves in His presence. We are comforted knowing that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. We are thankful for your heartfelt prayer and your love for your brothers and sisters in Christ.
In times of distress, we are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
Let us pray together:
Dear Lord,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up all those who are in distress. We ask that You comfort them, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in their lives. We pray that they will draw near to You, builds a strong relationship with You, and find refuge in Your love.
Lord, we ask that You turn around the situations of those who are suffering, according to Your will. Help them to trust in You, even in the darkest of times, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB.
Lord, we also pray for those who may not know You, that they would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. That they would confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in their heart that God raised him from the dead and be saved according to Romans 10:9 WEB. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB.
We love you, Lord, and we love all of our brothers and sisters. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
As a note, thank you for mentioning the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father.
If you ever need further support or prayer, do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help.
