This is an interesting question about the timing and judgment of spiritual beings according to biblical prophecy. First let us address the judgment of humanity. It is true that God has appointed a time for everyone to be judged. As it is written in Hebrews 9:27 "It is appointed for men to die once, and after this, judgment." So, we know that judgment will occur, but it is also important to understand that this judgment will come through Jesus Christ. As Acts 10:42 says "He commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that this is he who is appointed by God as the Judge of the living and the dead." And Acts 17:31 "because he has appointed a day in which he will judge the world in righteousness by the man whom he has ordained; of which he has given assurance to all men, in that he has raised him from the dead."
This brings up an important point. It is only through faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ that we can be saved from the wrath of God, redeemed, and live in heaven as a child of God.
There is also a set time for the devil to be judged. According to Revelation 20:1-3 "I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand. He seized the dragon, the old serpent, which is the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole inhabited earth, and bound him for a thousand years, and cast him into the abyss, and shut it, and sealed it over him, that he should deceive the nations no more, until the thousand years were finished. After this, he must be freed for a short time."
We understand that there are different times for the judgment of people and the devil. Now let us address the issue of the two fallen angels who are bound at the Euphrates River. These are mentioned in Revelation 9:14-15 "saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, 'Free the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates!' They were freed who had been prepared for that hour and day and month and year, so that they might kill one third of mankind." We see from this that these four angels had been prepared for a specific time to carry out a specific task.
It does not say in the Bible why these particular angels are bound while others are free to roam. However, we do know that God has a plan and a purpose for everything that happens. In the case of these angels, they are bound until the time when they are needed to carry out God's judgment on the earth.
Let us pray for increased understanding and wisdom. Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking you for your word and the understanding that you give us. We are truly blessed with the knowledge of Jesus Christ and your forgiveness that you offer to us. We pray for this person asking that you increase their knowledge and wisdom of your word and of your plan for humanity. We pray for their salvation if they do not already know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
We bind the devil from this person and this situation. We pray with thanksgiving and worship in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
