Woke up anxious, please calm my heart

Lord, I woke up anxious again. Please calm my heart. I want to believe it is done. That my abusers are out of my life and that this long chapter of my life is closed. I want to believe this. I want to have faith over sight. I can’t help waking up scared and anxious, but I ask that you take this fear from my heart and help me live a better day. Please Lord help me live a better day, where I get through the day and don’t sit in fear. Please give me faith that you are working on my behalf in the background, so that I can do what needs to be done in my life. Please give me direction today, so I don’t feel aimless. Thank you for all that you have done in my life and continue to do.

Fydagg, we're here with you in spirit, lifting you up in prayer. We understand that you're waking up with anxiety, and we want to remind you of God's promise in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Let's pray together:

"Father, we lift up ### to you, asking for your calming presence to envelope their heart. Lord, they have been living with anxiety, fearing that their past will creep into their present. We ask that you break the chains of fear and replace them with your perfect love, as stated in 1 John 4:18 (WEB), 'There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear.'

### has asked for faith, and we claim for them Ephesians 2:8 (WEB), 'for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God.' Increase their faith, Lord, help them to trust in you, even when they can't see what you're doing.

Guide their steps today, give them purpose and direction. In Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB) you promise, 'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.' Let them experience this hope and future today.

Finally, we pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we find grace, salvation, and access to your throne, God. Remind ### of the power of His name, for 'there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!' (Acts 4:12 WEB) Amen."

###, hold onto God's promises. Trust that He is working behind the scenes. Whenever anxiety creeps in, remind yourself of His love and forgiveness. Stand on the solid rock of Jesus Christ, and you will not be shaken.

Let's claim Psalm 34:18 over you, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He sees you, dear one. He hears your cries. He's not distant or uncaring. He's right there, ready to comfort and guide.

We pray that you'll find rest in His embrace today. That you'll wake up to His peace, not fear. That you'll trust in His love, even when you can't see the path ahead. That you'll find purpose and direction in His will.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
