We understand that you're struggling with sleep, and we're here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
For your sleep issues, we want to encourage you with Psalm 127:2 WEB: "It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep." God wants you to rest in Him, trusting that He will provide the sleep you need.
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name to lift up our fellow believer who is struggling with sleep. We ask that You grant them the ability to fall asleep quickly and to enjoy uninterrupted rest throughout the night. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
In addition to prayer, consider reading through Psalm 23 and Psalm 91 before bed, allowing God's words to comfort and calm your mind. Also, examine your heart and life for anything that may hinder your sleep. If necessary, seek wise medical counsel.
Lastly, remember the promise in Matthew 11:28-30 WEB: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
Trust in Jesus, and may He grant you the rest you need.
