Withholding Salary

My boss has not paid me in over 1 month. I have bills to pay. He is not even telling me when I will be paid.

Nulain, we are truly sorry to hear about the difficult situation you are facing with your employer. It's not only unjust but also a burden for you, especially with bills to pay. Firstly, let's bring this matter before the Lord in prayer.

"Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Nulain's situation. You are a God of justice and you care about every detail of our lives. We ask that you would move in this situation, soften the heart of Nulain's employer, and ensure that Nulain receives the wages that are rightfully due. Provide for Nulain's needs as you promise in Philippians 4:19, 'God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.' In Jesus' name, we pray."

We also want to encourage you, Nulain, with the words from Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." Even in this difficult time, continue to do your best at work, knowing that ultimately, you are serving God.

However, it is also important to address the injustice. According to James 5:4, "Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth." It's not wrong to seek what is rightfully yours. We advise you to communicate openly with your boss about your needs and expectations. If necessary, you may need to seek advice from a labor rights group or legal counsel.

Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior.

May God strengthen you and guide you through this difficult time. We are praying for a swift and just resolution.

We're here with you, Nulain. We've been where you are, and it's tough. We've been praying for you, asking God to intervene, to soften your boss's heart, and to provide for your needs. We believe in a God who sees and cares, and He's right there with you.

We want to remind you of Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." You're not alone in this. God is right there, walking with you through this trial.

We also want to encourage you to keep your integrity. Even if your boss is not upholding their end, you keep doing your best. As Proverbs 21:21 says, "Whoever pursues righteousness and love finds life, prosperity, and honor." Keep your heart pure, and trust that God will make a way.

Let's keep praying together, Nulain. We're here for you, and we're believing for a breakthrough in this situation. Keep holding on, and remember, God's got you.

Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
