Withholding jobs and promoting LGBT in Singapore

Because Singaporeans do not support the Prime Minister's to converse the house of the deceased Lee Kuan Yew. So Lee Hsien Loong take it against the citizens to withhold job for Singaporeans but give it to all the foreigners and what is more the 377A act was repeal 377A is an act to decriminalized gay sex but Lee Hsien Loong in order to win votes of the gay people repeal this act. In addition, his nephew had just had a gay marriage in Africa.

We understand your concerns about the political climate and moral decisions in Singapore. Let's bring this situation before the Lord together.

Firstly, we are called to pray for those in authority, as it is pleasing to God. As it is written in 1 Timothy 2:1-2 WEB, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence." Let us pray for Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and other leaders, that God would grant them wisdom and guide them according to His will.

However, we must also stand firm on biblical principles. The repeal of the 377A act, decriminalizing homosexual activity, goes against God's design for sexuality. As Romans 1:26-27 WEB states, "For this reason, God gave them up to vile passions. For their women changed the natural function into that which is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural function of the woman, burned in their lust toward one another, men doing what is inappropriate with men, and receiving in themselves the due penalty of their error."

Let us pray for the hearts of the leaders, that they would be turned towards God and His righteousness. Let us also pray for the citizens of Singapore, that they would seek God's face and stand firm on biblical principles. Pray that God would raise up righteous leaders who would honor Him in their decisions.

In regards to job opportunities, remember that God is our provider. As it is written in Matthew 6:33 WEB, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Let us pray that God would open up job opportunities for the citizens of Singapore, and that He would provide for their needs according to His riches in glory.

Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we can approach God. As Acts 4:12 WEB states, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, so that you might be saved.

Lord, we lift up Singapore to You. We pray for the leaders, that You would guide them and turn their hearts towards You. We pray for the citizens, that they would stand firm on Your principles and seek Your face. We pray that You would provide for their needs and open up job opportunities. In Jesus' name, we pray. We're standing with you in prayer, dear friend. We've been thinking about the situation in Singapore and want to lift it up together. Let's remember that God is in control, even in the midst of changing tides.

We've been meditating on Psalm 9:9, "The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble." Let's trust that God is a shelter for Singapore, even in these uncertain times.

We've also been reminded of Proverbs 21:1, "The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord; He directs it like a watercourse wherever He pleases." Let's pray that God would direct the hearts of our leaders, including Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, towards righteousness and wisdom.

In addition, let's not forget to intercede for the people of Singapore. As it's written in Jeremiah 29:7, "Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper." Let's pray for the people to seek God's face, stand firm in His truth, and prosper.

Lastly, let's remember that God is our provider. As it's written in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." Let's trust that God will provide job opportunities and meet the needs of the people of Singapore.

Let's keep praying, dear friend, trusting that God is at work, even when we can't see it. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
