We understand that you're going through a challenging time, Amrit, with your health and the distance from your hometown due to your job. We're here to pray and provide guidance based on God's Word.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our ultimate provider and protector. As it is written in Psalm 55:22 (WEB), "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." You can trust Him with your burdens, including your health and job concerns.
Regarding your job, we encourage you to continue working diligently as unto the Lord, as Colossians 3:23 (WEB) tells us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." While we pray for a job posting closer to your hometown, remember that God has a purpose and a plan in your current situation.
However, we notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We encourage you to put your trust in Jesus and His saving grace.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Amrit to You. Lord, You know the struggles he's facing with his health and the distance from his family. We ask that You will comfort and strengthen him, according to Your Word in Isaiah 41:10.
We pray for his job situation, that if it's Your will, doors will open for a posting closer to his hometown. We also pray for his health, that You will touch his body and bring healing.
Most importantly, Lord, we pray that Amrit will draw closer to You, that he will know the saving grace of Jesus Christ and have a personal relationship with Him.
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
Keep your faith strong, Amrit. Trust in the Lord and His plans for your life.
